Grow Your Remodeling Business

Thickconcerning Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers for bathroom and kitchen remodeling. These are not jobs on our payroll. You stay your own boss and run your own business.

If you want steady homeowner calls for larger projects, this network may be a good fit.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent contractors who serve the Boston area and care about doing good work. Projects we hear about most include:

  • Full bathroom remodels
  • Tub and shower conversions
  • Walk-in tubs and walk-in showers
  • Kitchen remodels
  • Luxury bath upgrades

Experience with older homes is a real plus. Stone and block foundations, tight Cape Cod layouts and aging plumbing are common here.

We focus on larger projects. Small repair jobs are not a match. Mobile homes are not part of this network.

What We Expect

Providers in the network agree to:

  • Hold the proper licenses and insurance for Massachusetts
  • Give homeowners clear, written quotes
  • Explain the scope, timing and seasonal concerns
  • Answer calls and questions with respect
  • Be honest about availability

Homeowners are often worried and want a calm, plain-spoken partner. We look for providers who can be that.

How to Apply

Send us a short email at contact@thickconcerning.living. Please include:

  • Your business name and the towns you serve
  • The types of projects you take on
  • Your license and insurance details
  • A short note on how you work with homeowners

We will review your note and reply if there is a fit. Joining does not guarantee a set number of leads.
