How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Thickconcerning Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Thickconcerning Remodeling went
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work, and customer service. If a remodeling project runs into trouble, the usual first step is to talk to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Thickconcerning Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@thickconcerning.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
